At D&D in a Castle, we want you to feel as legendary as your character; if your apparel isn't the perfect fit for your next quest, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to our armory.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our scribes can identify your return.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Goods

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transport.

• 4.
  Receive Your Gold

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
